Student Initiatives are groups of students who come together voluntarily to pursue common interests or to achieve specific goals.
They often serve as a platform for the exchange of ideas, the organisation of events and the promotion of collaborative activities within the university community.

The BME University Group Würzburg deals with topics such as purchasing, material management, supply chain management and logistics.
This is where lectures by specialists, networking events, workshops, BME conferences, discussion rounds with representatives from the field and factory tours are organised.
The association consists of students from various fields and semesters. The Student Initiative currently has over 20 members.
The Student Stock Exchange Forum Würzburg (SBFW) was founded in 1998 and is a member of the Federal Association of Stock Exchange Associations at German Universities e.V (BVH).
As one of the largest associations in the BVH, with over 400 members, the SBFW pursues the goal of promoting equity investment and expanding the universities range of courses with the Stock Exchange License and the Certificate in Banking and Finance.

The Debate Club trains students to present their opinions convincingly in free speech. Debates are held on political, social or moral issues.
Each team is assigned to a position and then represent their standpoint in seven-minute speeches.
The debating club offers a dynamic atmosphere with unconventional perspectives, exciting discourses and a friendly, open environment.
